30 Days Of Weight Loss Challenge: Day 6
Day 6: Do you binge? Why?
No. I most certainly do not. This is incredibly unhealthy and my heart goes out to anyone who is going through or has gone through an eating disorder. I have seen friends struggle with both anorexia and bulimia, and they’re no different than not being in control of your weight. We struggle with the same demons.
While I have never ate myself sick, I do remember hiding food to eat later or eat when no one was around. I don’t know if it was out of shame or boredom, but it was a nasty habit I developed in my early teens and took nearly 10 years to break. I still get twinges when I am home by myself, but I quickly recognize that I am being crazypants and busy myself with something else.
Please, if you feel you are suffering from binge eating seek out help in your area. You deserve better.

This is a great starting point for the direction I’d like to take this tumblr. So, here goes nothing. Combining Day 1 and 2 since Day 2’s question is lameballs. And adding a pictures for Day 1 and Day 30.
Day 1 and 2. Stats.
- Height: 5’10” (178cm) Yes. I like my height. I love being tall, it’s forgiving and clothes tend to look pretty fantastic on me. I also love wearing heels and making myself look like a total freak of nature at 6’3” (191cm). Tall girls rule.
- Highest Weight: 350lbs (158kg)
- Current Weight: 210lbs (95kg)
- Short-term Goal Weight: 199lbs (90kg)
- Ultimate Goal Weight: 160lbs (72.5kg)
MEASURMENTS:
- Bust/Chest: 39” (99cm)
- Waist: 34” (86cm)
- Hips: 43.5” (110cm) (oh hello, problem area)
- Thigh: 23” (58cm)
- Upper Arm: 12” (30cm)
