Here we are! I’ll start by posting my previous stats:

Day 1: Stats.

  • Height: 5’10” (178cm)
  • Highest Weight: 350lbs (158kg)
  • Current Weight: 210lbs (95kg)
  • Short-term Goal Weight: 199lbs (90kg)
  • Ultimate Goal Weight: 160lbs (72.5kg)

MEASURMENTS:

  • Bust/Chest: 39” (99cm)
  • Waist: 34” (86cm)
  • Hips: 43.5” (110cm) (oh hello, problem area)
  • Thigh: 23” (58cm)
  • Upper Arm: 12” (30cm)

And today (which is technically, like… day 40, but WHATEVER)

  • Height: 5’10” (178cm)
  • Highest Weight: 350lbs (158kg)
  • Current Weight: 199lbs (90kg)
  • Short-term Goal Weight: 175lbs (79kg)
  • Ultimate Goal Weight: 160lbs (72.5kg)

MEASURMENTS:

  • Bust/Chest: 38” (96.5cm)
  • Waist: 33” (84cm)
  • Hips: 41.5” (105cm)
  • Thigh: 22” (56cm)
  • Upper Arm: 11.5” (29.5cm)
