Day 28: Do you want that gap between your thighs?

This is the dumbest question. INSTEAD, I am going to post an awesome workout play list for those of you who keep asking me for one.

Exactly one hour long. It’s a good mix of up tempo and empowering. I like different moods for different workouts, also. Running hashashas to be upbeat and heart-pumping. Weight-lifting I prefer to be more FUCK YEAH I’M AWESOME, rather than fast-tempo.
This list is great if you’re like me and prefer club/pop type music for working out. Some people prefer metal or rock or rap, try out different stuff and see what really gets your beast-mode activated.
PS: Sorry for the mega-long delay. I have been busy settling back in after my move and job searching, etc. I’ll finish this out now!
