I started a diet called the “eat less, move more” diet. For a more specific run down of my routine and what I eat, I have it all explained in my Diet & Exercise routine section.
Just keep at it! Results come from sticking to it. Losing weight takes time (as does gaining!), and remaining healthy is a life time choice. Just plan on eating right and working out about 80/85% of the time and give yourself wiggle room for holidays, celebrations and vacations.
